Cancellation policy
(as of 2026)
1. Subscriptions (Print Club)
If you purchase a subscription (e.g. Print Club), you will receive recurring deliveries according to the frequency selected at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
There is no minimum subscription term.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If billing for the current month has already occurred, the corresponding shipment will not be affected and cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
For example, if you subscribe and are billed in May and cancel on May 15, you will still receive the May shipment. Your subscription will end before the next billing cycle.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers – Subscriptions)
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of conclusion of the agreement without giving any reason.
If you request that subscription services begin during the withdrawal period and a delivery has already been processed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided.
4. Shipping of Subscription Items
Subscription items may be shipped without tracking, depending on size and format.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.
5. Pre-Orders
If a product is offered as a pre-order, it means the item is not yet available for immediate dispatch.
The estimated shipping timeframe will be indicated at the time of purchase.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch.
Once the item has been dispatched, the standard Refund & Withdrawal Policy applies.
