Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, you must contact us to request return instructions.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided after your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back to the production or fulfillment facility unless explicitly instructed.
Items returned without prior notice and confirmation may not be accepted.
Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Commissioned artworks
- Personalized or custom-made artworks
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications
Fine art prints offered in limited editions may only be excluded from withdrawal where they qualify as custom-made items under applicable consumer law.
In all other cases, statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and provide photographs of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
6. Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery & Customs
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to pay customs duties or import charges
The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.
7. Processing Time
Once a return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
