1. Shipping Destinations
Worldwide shipping is available.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us prior to placing your order.
2. Production & Processing Times
As artworks are prepared or produced individually, the following processing times apply:
Original Artworks
Dispatched within 7-14 business days after full payment has been received.
Large or fragile artworks may require additional handling and packaging.
Shipping costs for such works may be quoted separately depending on destination. You will be contacted before dispatch if additional costs apply.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are produced after the order has been placed.
Production typically takes 3–7 business days.
Commissioned Works
Production time is approximately 4–12 weeks, depending on size and complexity. Exact timelines are agreed individually.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and production capacity.
Subscription Shipping (Print Club)
Subscription items are billed immediately upon sign-up.
All subscription items are prepared and dispatched on a monthly basis.
Orders placed within a given calendar month will typically be dispatched at the end of that month or within the first few business days of the following month.
If you subscribe shortly before the monthly dispatch date, your first delivery may be included in the next monthly cycle.
Each subscription cycle is treated as an individual delivery.
Subscription items may be shipped as standard letter mail without tracking, depending on size and format.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
As these shipments are untracked, tracking information may not be available.
3. Production Locations & Shipping Carriers
To ensure efficient and reliable delivery, production and fulfillment may take place in different international locations depending on the customer’s destination, including within the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
Shipping is carried out using established international carriers selected based on reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.
Carrier selection and shipping routes may vary depending on destination and production location.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Destination country
- Size and weight of the artwork
- Shipping method
- Shipping costs are displayed before completion of the purchase.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date):
- Austria: approx. 2–5 business days
- European Union: approx. 3–10 business days
- International (outside EU): approx. 5–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs handling fees.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are not paid and a shipment is returned to sender, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of ordering.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
8. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately with photographs of the damage.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at shop@elisabeththeo.studio and we will investigate the shipment with the respective carrier.
